ORDERING AND PROCESSING THE RENTAL OF A DIVING MASK

  • Select up to four mask models and add to cart. We will only fulfill the first four items in the cart.
  • Go to your cart and fill out the delivery form.
  • Place a deposit on the masks and pay for shipping.
  • We pack and ship the masks to you, usually it doesn't take longer than 5 days. You will get information from us.
  • Choose the mask that best meets your expectations.
  • Pack all masks securely and send them to us at the shipping address. Write to us which mask you have chosen and confirm the shipment. After receiving and checking the package, we will refund the deposit received.
  • The masks you received are not for sale, so send us the whole set. You will receive an untried, factory new mask from us.
  • Please take care of the masks you received and return them in the same condition you received them. In case of damage, we will ask for compensation for the loss.

The final size of the lens depends on the technical possibilities of producing the ordered lens values. When designing your mask, we primarily take into account compliance with the prescription to obtain the largest surface area of ​​the mask lens, and it is not always possible to cover the entire surface.
When ordering individual prescription lenses, you should be aware of the technical realities. We guarantee that regardless of the size and shape of the lenses, your underwater vision will always be optimal and clear. A diving mask is, above all, a functional product - the goal is safe and flawless vision underwater, and this is our priority when fitting corrective lenses. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of technical limitations that prevent the order from being processed.
